Helen Weissman joined CBRE in 2017 with over 12 years of experience in commercial brokerage. As Commercial Associate with the firm, Ms. Weissman focuses on pursuing clients seeking office, retail and industrial space. Ms. Weissman has been representing landlord and sellers consistently in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Previously, Helen was a broker associate with Brenner Real Estate Group where she completed over 200 deals representing building owners as well as tenants. Her clients include Crown Wine & Spirits, Legacy Bank, First Southern Bank, Centerstate Bank, Sungard International, SWS, Moran Environmental, THE ICEE Company, Associated Grocers and John Deere Landscaping.
Before her journey in commercial real estate began, Ms. Weissman was employed by Encircle as Territory Sales Manager for the Tri-County area working from the company’s Miami headquarters.
Originally born in Berkeley, California and raised in New Jersey, Ms. Weissman has lived in South Florida for 40 years and presently resides in Hollywood, FL.
