Bio
Mr. Allen is a co-founder and Managing Member of Wythe Capital. He was a Director at Madison Capital, a New York City based real estate investment company with approximately $2 billion of assets under management, from 2012 through January 2015. Prior to Madison Capital and co-founding Wythe, Mr. Allen was an Associate Director at Barclays Capital in the bank’s real estate finance group. Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Allen was a Vice President at Eurohypo AG where he originated a broad range of real estate debt products. Prior to joining Eurohypo, Mr. Allen was an Associate at GE Capital Real Estate and prior to that an Analyst at CB Richard Ellis where he focused on tenant representation assignments including the representation of LCOR on their Colgate Center development in Jersey City, NJ. Mr. Allen has a BS in Economics from Tulane University and a MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Mr. Allen is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey.
