Herschel Goldfein, Heshie, joined Epic Commercial Realty in May 2014 as a sales associate specializing in multi-family and mixed-use buildings in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Prior joining Epic Commercial Realty Herschel worked in the residential real estate market for a few months before deciding to pursue bigger opportunities in the commercial real estate market. Before entering the real esate market he was senior manager of a development company where he was responsible for the rehabilitation of over 100 properties in Philadelphia, where he lived until he got married and moved to Brooklyn New York.
