Hillel Abergel is a member of CBRE’s National Investment Team and brings a diverse skill set with more than $15 billion of real estate transaction experience, with a focus on retail dispositions. Hillel’s shopping centre disposition expertise spans all retail asset formats, from super-regional enclosed shopping centres to urban streetfront retail assets and includes some of Canada’s largest and most significant transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Hillel worked in the Real Estate Investment-Banking Group at TD Securities, acting in analytical and advisory capacities on a variety of property brokerage, merger and acquisition, equity offering and debt financing assignments. Hillel holds an M.B.A., with a focus in Real Property Development and Finance, from the Schulich School of Business at York University
