Hollis joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 as a Transaction Manager for a team that supports Cushman & Wakefield's largest occupier clients on the implementation of custom real estate strategies for their corporate real estate portfolio.
Hollis has experience in the representation of financial, legal, and non-profit office tenants throughout their leasing, acquisition, and disposition requirements. Additionally, he has experience with multimarket industrial requirements on behalf of several national and local occupiers.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Hollis worked for Colliers International for ten years as a commercial real estate broker and financial analyst with a focus on tenant representation throughout Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.
