Holly has been working in commercial real estate brokerage for the last 16 years, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment and development properties. In 2013, Holly joined Kidder Mathews to launch the Asia-Pacific Services platform in the Greater Seattle market, representing both buyers and sellers in brokering properties in multi-family, land development, office, retail and industrial sectors. During this period, Holly has consummated numerous high-profile transactions. Holly is an exceptional real estate strategist with a proven track record of success and a broad range of skills. These abilities, coupled with her unwavering dedication to her clients, produce optimal outcomes for her clients on a consistent basis.
Fluent in Chinese and English with a unique ability to bridge different views and motivations, Holly is remarkably skilled at marketing properties, particularly to inbound international investors, and navigating these investors through the life cycle of their real estate investments in the U.S.
Holly was recognized as a national winner in the 2018 Women in Real Estate Awards from Connect Media, honoring talented women who have reached respected leadership positions in commercial real estate. In 2019, Holly was named to a national list of CRE influencers by the Business Journals. She has spoken at a multitude of forums and seminars as an expert on the U.S.- China investment front, including at the Bisnow and PSBJ’s Seattle Forecast, and at Law Seminars International courses, to name a few.
Serving on the board of WSCRC (Washington State China Relations Council) and chairing its U.S.-China Women’s Leadership committee, Holly is an enthusiast in promoting business and culture exchange between the U.S. and China.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Holly was with Rainier Pacific Properties for seven years. Before entering the commercial real estate arena, Holly founded the cross-border Yangtze International Trading Company and also worked in financial auditing and consulting as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP.
