Hudson Hall is an assistant director in Savills Austin office specializing in office occupier and tenant representation. He and his team advise professional service firms, law firms, large and small technology companies, governmental and public sector clients, home builder corporations and nonprofits, offering highly customized expertise in lease negotiations, financial analysis, in-depth market research to optimize their real estate decisions. As a former Division I athlete, Hudson understands the value of clear communications and close collaboration among his teammates, demonstrating a level of commitment and attention to detail that earns his clients’ trust. Hudson was a scholarship athlete and four-year letterman in football at the University of Kansas, where he was captain of his position group. He also earned Academic Honor Roll for two years, and volunteered to shadow real estate professionals to learn about the field as much as academic commitments allowed. He coaches Pop Warner football teams and is a member of RE-envision, a group for young real estate professionals in Austin.
