Bio
Hugh Scullin serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates. Over the last decade with the firm, Hugh has participated in and managed several projects including real estate strategic growth and restructuring portfolios for small retailers and big-box clients. He currently represents First Watch, Retro Fitness and PGA Tour Superstore in parts of the Northeast.
Prior to joining Katz, Hugh served as Senior Vice President of Linens ‘n Things where he supervised both real estate and store operations for 20 years. During his tenure, he managed all store development departments including Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Maintenance, Facilities, Legal and Lease Administration. Under Hugh’s direction over 650 stores opened in the United States and Canada.
Before his time with Linens, Hugh served as Vice President of Operations for Alcott and Andrews, which was then a start-up women’s fashion chain. There he oversaw the Store Operations and Real Estate departments. Hugh has also held various senior management positions at both The Gap and Banana Republic.
He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 25 years. Hugh has participated on panels representing the retailer to developers, financial institutions and trades.
