Hunter Bradshaw serves as an associate within Logic Commercial Real Estate’s Southern Nevada market specializing in office real estate. Before joining Logic Office Advisors in 2020, Hunter focused on Capital Markets Investment Properties, where he negotiated sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $50M.
As a lifelong Nevadan, Hunter has a deep-rooted connection to the state and the history of its extensive development.
After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a mechanical engineering degree, Hunter began his career as a leasing consultant before he transitioned his experience to investment properties. As an Associate Broker, Hunter focuses primarily on the transactional expertise needed to excel in the small-to-mid Capital Markets space ($1M-$10M transactions). His areas of expertise are strategically leasing assets to maximize value and utilizing technology to more quickly and efficiently lease and transact office properties.
