Kodiak Real Estate Group was formed by Hunter Moore out of Golden, CO in 2019. Hunter’s real estate experience began in 2012 when putting together a business plan and model for a mixed-use development in downtown Denver. He has since developed apartments, storage units and mixed use industrial spaces from the ground up in Southeast Ohio and Golden, CO. His companies have also been involved in a single-family development in Arvada, CO and are now focusing on multifamily acquisitions in Colorado, Nebraska and Arizona. When Hunter is not at the office, he is spending time with his wife and three kids and trying to find time to enjoy the mountains.
