Hunter Robey launched as a self-storage associate with the Travis Group of Marcus & Millichap in July of 2021. In a very short time, Hunter has become an instrumental part of the Travis Group, spearheading an effort to implement white glove advisory service for their clients across the Southeast. In his first 12 months with the company, Hunter has helped to transact over $35 million in self-storage assets, representing both buyers and sellers. Earning the Sales Recognition Award in his first full year, Hunter was promoted to Associate Partner of the Travis Group in September of 2022.
Hunter brings over 6 years of portfolio management and investment sales experience to the Travis Group. Having worked with both private accredited investors, as well as larger institutional investors, Hunter has gained a unique insight into what matters to clients at all levels. Implementing a client-first attitude, Hunter’s key focus is to ensure institutional-grade research and advisory services are made available to all his clients in the self-storage market.
Hunter has transacted on Self-Storage, Recreational Storage, and Storage Development Sites in the Southeast, helping the Travis Group become the leading storage team located in Florida.
