Ian is head of department for the development team in Guildford and Brighton covering Surrey, the home counties and south London. His primary roles are valuation consultancy and development agency.
Ian started with Savills as a graduate in 1999 and qualifying in 2001 in the Sevenoaks office. Post qualification he helped establish Savills first development team in the south east. The team went on to expand from three to over 14 people in 10 years.
Ian’s primary role was to build the valuation and consultancy business across Kent, south London and the wider south east. In March 2012 he took up a new challenge and relocated to Guildford to re-establish the development business and grow a team to cover Surrey, the home counties and south London.
In March 2015 Ian was appointed as regional head of Savills south east development services business which comprises around 30 people across Sevenoaks and Surrey. Ian also sits on the national development services board.
