Ingrid A. Jensen specializes her practice in the areas of real estate, banking, and creditors' rights law, and has experience in the Federal Bankruptcy Court and Michigan Tax Tribunal. She works with numerous municipalities to defend tax assessments. Her real estate practice focuses primarily on real property acquisition and sale, leasing and property use and development. As a creditors' rights attorney, Ingrid works with both lenders and borrowers in renegotiating loans, preparing workout and forbearance agreements, and enforcing real estate loans through foreclosures and forfeitures.
A Grand Rapids native, Ingrid received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Albion College, and her law degree cum laude from Wayne State University Law School. She was admitted to the bar in 1984. She is a member of the Real Property Law and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, and is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Ingrid stays actively involved with many community organizations and events.
