Ingrid Ross has over 25 years’ experience as an EA concentrating on engineering/construction management and real estate.
Ingrid performs the administrative responsibilities of the Property Management Team to ensure timely response to and resolution of tenant needs and assists in coordinating building repair and maintenance work. While at Podolsky Circle, she supported the brokers, principals and office staff and served as Listing Administrator supporting the marketing and research efforts for the firm.
She has, for many years, had the opportunity to wear many hats and, as a result, has acquired a very diverse set of skills. She is committed to a successful completion of projects and client service.
Prior to joining Podolsky Circle, she was an Administrative Assistant at AECOM for ten years supporting the Regional Vice President. Culminating her tenure there, she was assigned to the construction material testing division where she was the main administrative support, which included scheduling 50 technicians on a daily basis for constructions projects, such as Trump Tower, O’Hare Airport and Block 37, throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area.
