SUMMARY OF MY RESUME
I have been a Real Estate Broker in San Fernando/Glendale regions since 1990. I bring my expertise in Residential, Income Properties (Multi-Family), Commercial, Industrial transactions, Land Entitlements, and Short Sale Specialist (since 2007 I, also, own a Property Management (MPM, Morsh Property Management) since 1999 and manage various kinds of properties.
I have served as the Responsible Broker of record for Coldwell Banker Greater Valleys in Granada Hills with over 130 agents licenses under my license from 2003 to 2005. I have earned numerous awards from different companies for my achievements in Purchasing and Sales during the years I have been in real estate.
Before entering real estate, I enjoyed a long and successful career in Purchasing, Sales, Management, and International Marketing. I, also, served as the Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of the largest Cane Sugar Industry in the world with over 27,000 employees from 1970 to 1986. I graduated from Kansas University with a
Master Degree in Industrial Management in 1970.
