Irma Figueroa is an extremely driven, results oriented Real Estate professional who is recognized for her high energy, passion, and commitment to success. Irma has over 10 years of experience specializing in Retail transactions. These include handling free standing buildings, outparcels, retail condos, mixed use ground up developments and shopping center portfolios for several South Florida and Puerto Rico based companies. Now as part of the Comras Company team she keeps adding more clients to her Tenant Representation list, completing transactions for ROUGE NYC, Respice, Vicomte-A in South Beach and other Miami areas.
To date Irma has leased and sold over 400,000 SF. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an ability to work in tandem with high performance leasing and sales brokers with the goal of maximizing the value of these assets. Irma has been recognized by Costar as Retail Power Broker of the Year in 2008 & 2009 and awarded a scholarship by the CCIM Institute in 2011 & 2012. In just two years she accomplished her CCIM designation. Her success is the result of strong organizational skills and her ability to network and follow up with clients.
