Ivan Chavez is an associate director in Savills San Francisco office, where he advises tenants across the full spectrum of their commercial real estate needs. He has represented tenants totaling over 1 million square feet in the Bay Area and beyond, including projects on behalf of Masterclass, Grand Rounds, Earnest, Vonage, Rubicon Project, Thrive Global, Gametime, Sprinklr, TravelZoo, and many more.
Ivan joined Savills in 2015 with a strong record in client engagement in both the real estate and technology sectors. Diligent, fast-acting, and focused on building long-term relationships, his primary responsibilities include servicing key accounts, portfolio expansion, client service, market research & analytics, and transactional support.
