J.Dave Aarant - Chief Financial Officer of US Assets, Inc. He has operated several large real estate investment companies as Vice President and CFO prior to joining US Assets. He received his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1982.
Dave has extensive experience in a variety of real estate channels. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, licensed Texas Property Tax Consultant, and licensed Property Tax Arbitrator, and an Asset-based lender. Mr. Aarant has owned multiple companies concentrating in the fields of commercial and residential investment. Through investing and financial analysis, Mr. Aarant has encountered all phases of the real estate investment business. His companies have successfully purchased, rehabbed and sold over 2,500 properties, with an emphasis on owner financing in the area of property sales. They have sold over $100 million of loans into the secondary market. His asset-based company has made over 3,000 loans and was the largest privately owned hard money lending company in Texas. His real estate brokerage and property management company services many other investors’ properties throughout Texas.
