Jack began working with his father, John C. Culpepper, Jr., in 1989, becoming the third generation to develop, lease and manage residential and commercial real estate in the College Station-Bryan market place and other small Texas markets.
Leading the family business with new development projects, redevelopment projects, medical facilities, restaurants, resort style student housing, Multi-family housing and shopping centers has fostered a deep understanding and appreciation for real estate.
As the oldest real estate company in our home market, we plan to remain relevant for another eighty years.
Jack received a BS from the University of Texas. He has the CPM designation, Certified Property Manager; given by the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors.
He holds a real estate broker license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute.
