Jack Easdale is the CCO for By The Sea Resorts where he leads the disciplines of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Strategy, and Analytics.
Prior to this role Jack spent the last 12 years as the SVP of Revenue Management & Enterprise Analytics for the Venetian | Palazzo Resort and Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas. The Venetian | Palazzo is the world’s largest five-diamond integrated resort encompassing 7,092 guest rooms, 2.2 million square feet of meeting space and over 35 full-service restaurants. There he was responsible for over $1 billion in annual revenues including MICE and Gaming yield optimization. He led a team of over 20 team members and data scientists.
Jack has served in numerous revenue management leadership roles in his twenty-five year career in hospitality, including past executive positions with both Gaylord Hotels and Starwood Hotels. Jack was on the opening executive team for the 2,000 room Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington DC. He served for nearly a decade on Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International’s Board of Directors. In 2017 Jack was named one of ‘The Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing’ by HSMAI.
