Throughout my decade-long career, I have designed a unique approach to fully understanding, and then translating, my client's business needs into customized real estate solutions. Our team recently chose to move over to CBRE in order to leverage the largest global real estate platform in the world. As Senior Vice President in Montreal’s downtown office, I specialize in Occupier Advisory Services both locally and nationally for real estate requirements with a focus on leasing, acquisitions and real estate consulting. I work exclusively with occupiers, supporting them as an unbiased advisor, providing business driven real estate solutions. My clients range from startups to high-growth and institutional corporate businesses. Prior to joining CBRE, I spent ten years at Colliers International as a partner of their #1 leasing team for all of Quebec (2013-2016). Additionally, my partner Marc Mizrahi and I co-chaired the Technology Advisory Practice for Canada, leading a team of twelve members across the country that specialized in working within the Technology, Media and Knowledge-based verticals.
