Jack joined Lockard in 2007 upon graduation from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the Department of Finance. As Director of Sales & Leasing, Jack is adept in handling a wide range of real estate activities involving acquisition, leasing, and disposition of company-owned holdings as well as new and ongoing development projects. Jack communicates proactively and effectively with internal and external brokers, owners, managers, clients, consultants, and peers to help place everyone involved on a successful trajectory. Jack is also instrumental in analyzing and developing opportunities that bring profitability and fit the company’s overall strategies for growth.
