Jack Jorgensen has specialized in multifamily sales since 2016 starting his career at Marcus & Millichap where he quickly rose through the ranks, being awarded Rookie of the Year for first year agents with the highest sales volume. Throughout his career Jack has prioritized exclusively representing sellers through a thorough and transparent marketing process. From the first conversation with a client, a thoughtful and meticulous approach is taken on how to best leverage their position for each circumstance – including tax differed 1031 exchanges into different asset types and locations. Throughout his career Jack has taken on some uniquely challenging assignments including court ordered probate sales, properties in extreme physical and legal distress, and dealing with affordable housing covenants.
