Jack Mason has been a member of the Quantum Commercial Group as a senior broker and land specialist in the El Paso County/Colorado Springs market since 2011. Mason’s 25-year real estate career in Colorado and California has included industrial sales and leasing, land and residential lot sales and residential land development, including 3-years with Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco. During the past 20 years in Colorado, Mason’s primary focus has been residential land,lot sales and development. Having closed land transactions totaling more than $900 million, during that time, Mason established himself as one of the top producers in the market. Mason’s clientele has included most major national and local home building companies,national and local developers, local property owners and high net worth private investors.
Prior to the move to Quantum Commercial Group in2011, Mason was an owner of Mason Properties with his father and brother, which they founded in 1997. Mason made the decision to move to Quantum Commercial Group because of the ability to provide more comprehensive service to the banking industry, his corporate and private clients.
