Jack Pancaldo formed All American Capital, LLC in 2000. Mr. Pancaldo was previously Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis, The Galbreath Company and the Edward S. Gordaon Company. Prior to those associations, Mr. Pancaldo was President of First Corporate Consultants, where he was in charge of marketing properties in the entire New York Metropolitan Area, with specific emphasis on Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield and Bergen Counties. From 1976 to 1990 Mr. Pancaldo was Vice President and District Manager for Helmsley-Spear, Inc. In that position, he was responsible for managing the office of 13 brokers and personally leasing of 300,000 to 500,000 square feet annually, with sales and development transactions in multiple millions of dollars.
Among the prestigious clients Mr. Pancaldo has represented are a number of major corporations and institutions including Transamerica Leasing, AT&T, Bank of New York, Savin Corporation, Bran & Luebbe, TWA, New York Life Insurance Company, Chase Manhattan Bank and American Trading and Production.
Mr. Pancaldo is a graduate of Pace University. He is a member of the Whippoorwill Club, the Real East Board of New York, Inc., The Westchester County Association and the Westchester County Board of Realtors.
