Jack Peterson has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition, and financing of core investment properties, and providing an array of real estate services to assets burdened by regulatory and compliance, and/or financial, environmental, litigation, or ownership issues.
Jack joined Colliers International as a Director in August 2018 having just completed a 16 year career as SVP/CFO of Sloss Real Estate Company and 19 years at Daniel Corporation where he held various titles, most recently as CIO. Mr. Peterson’s real estate expertise and experience is diverse, ranging from acquisition and capital origination of institutional-grade development product to a spectrum of services to small mom-and-pop assets. Jack formed and operated Alabama’s first CDE, successfully receiving, monetizing and investing $64 million of NMTC’s into Alabama businesses. He also established and operated a non-bankruptcy workout and transition management firm in 1991.
