Bio
After receiving his degree, Jack worked as a sales representative for Gucci Timepieces, representing the entire Southeast region of the United States. Jack moved back to the Seattle area, where he was born and raised, in 2007 at which time he started his brokerage career at Rosen Harbottle.
Jack represents landlords and tenants negotiating acquisitions, dispositions, leases, renewals, expansions and subleases. Using his experience and negotiation skills, he works closely with his clients to find the best deals to suit their individual needs.
While specializing in retail, Jack’s portfolio consists of more than one million square feet of retail, office and industrial. He’s been recognized several times as CoStar’s Power Broker of the Year for the volume of his completed leasing transactions.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys travelling with his wife and daughter.
