Jack has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the tenant advocacy business in the suburban Washington market. He has been responsible for negotiating over 9 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions in addition to the non-traditional portfolio management work he has performed. Jack has been repeatedly recognized by his peers and national trade publications as one of the preeminent tenant representation brokers in the country. His depth of experience, outstanding negotiating skills and market knowledge put him in constant demand as a consultant and broker. Jack specializes in sophisticated transactions for his clients including build-to-suit transactions for government contractors and biotechnology companies. He is particularly knowledgeable with regard to the complex real estate issues facing regional corporations. In his spare time, Jack enjoys golf and running. He resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife and son.
