Jack Simonis is responsible for portfolio management and business plan oversight of FPA’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio. Throughout his career, Mr. Simonis has played an integral role in over $500 million in commercial real estate acquisitions. Prior to joining FPA, Mr. Simonis served as Director of Investment Services for Inland Pacific Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Simonis began his career as an acquisitions analyst at Fairfield Residential after graduating from University of San Diego with a B.A. in Accounting with a Focus on Finance & Real Estate.
