Jack Tekin is an Associate on Stream’s Atlanta industrial team where he plays a pivotal role in driving leasing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and analyzing emerging industry trends to inform data-driven decision-making in the representation of landlords and tenants. His role includes asset underwriting of commercial properties and identifying opportunities for value creation on dispositions with local and national owners. Since joining Stream in 2021, Jack has also executed lease transactions in the office and retail sectors.
Prior to joining Stream, Jack worked as a Cloud Technology Consultant for Oracle Corporation in Austin, Texas.
