Jackson Kilcoyne joined CBRE in 2019 within the office occupier business, specializing in tenant representation. Since joining CBRE, Jackson has completed over 1 million SF of transactions for clients. Jackson focuses on high-growth companies, elevating his practice through innovative real estate strategies that empower his clients to achieve critical business goals and objectives.
As a Tampa native, Jackson has strong community ties and deep market knowledge in the greater Tampa Bay area. In addition to his local work, Jackson works with Tampa’s Portfolio Management Team to lead & manage their client’s national and global real estate strategies.
