Jacob is an Associate Director in the Leasing Team. Jacob joined in Summer 2022 having previously worked at Forty Group where he specialised in commercial leasing and mixed-use development consultancy.
As part of the Leasing Team, Jacob works on a variety of landlord instructions including the likes of the Canary Wharf and The Royals Southend. He also acquires sites on behalf of a range of established occupiers such as Southern Co-op, Simply Fresh and IWG.
Outside of the office Jacob enjoys pretty much anything sports related, particularly if it involves spending time with his one true love…Arsenal Football Club.
