Jacob has extensive knowledge of the coastal market and maintains a proprietary database containing every key metric for multifamily properties from Encinitas to Pacific Beach. He works actively with investors and 1031 Exchange Buyers looking for property in these markets. Jacob began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap. At the same time, he was still a student at UCLA, getting his real estate license his senior year as an analyst for the top multifamily team in Los Angeles. After graduating from the University of California Los Angeles, Jacob moved to San Diego to start his brokerage career. He found a passion in multifamily, an asset class with so much potential and investment opportunity. Jacob works hard to attain new clients and continually helps anyone purchasing their first property to their 100th, working with individual property owners to larger institutions with immense portfolios.
