Jake grew up watching his whole family work in sales and knew that someday he would do the same. At 19, he secured his first job in real estate in the residential sector, and just four years later he was voted Top 20 Under 40 by the Long Island Board of Realtors.
When Greg Mogil introduced Jake to the commercial and new development side of real estate, Jake was eager to make the switch and work under Greg’s tutelage. Jake is continuously broadening his knowledge of the industry and enjoys brainstorming with his colleagues to come up with innovative deals and strategies, making new connections and building meaningful relationships with his clients.
Outside of real estate, Jake spends his time boating, mostly over to Fire Island in the summer, attending as many New York Rangers games as he can, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
