Jake Haggard is a Sales Associate on the Snyder/Carlton Team based in the Irvine, CA office of Colliers International. The Snyder/Carlton Team is an integrated group of professionals with specialties in investment brokerage, capital markets, and overall investment strategy. Jake specializes in the brokerage of single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased retail investment properties across the United States. Jake’s primary focuses are prospecting, business development, and client relationship management. Prior to joining Colliers in 2019, Jake worked at Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch. As a former Finance Professional with Merrill Lynch and Charles Schwab, Jake obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 license and brings an extensive comprehension of the financial markets not common in the real estate industry. Jake attended the University of Arizona where he majored in Business Management and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
