Jacob’s real estate career began in 2016, when he managed multiple apartment buildings in Los Angeles. With a background in construction and sales, he has become an essential resource to multifamily owners throughout the Los Angeles area. Jacob has successfully guided his clients through sales and exchanges into different product types, including multifamily properties, retail shopping centers, and single-tenant NNN properties. In his first year with RE/MAX Commercial, Jake won the prestigious Rookie of The Year Award while also winning Platinum Award Honors for Gross Sales landing him in the Top 10 Agents List for RE/MAX Commercial Agents in 2022.
