Jake Rossein joined SVN as an Associate Advisor and strives to create healthy relationships with his clients while providing extensive knowledge in the commercial real estate market. Born and raised in New York, Jake has been involved with commercial real estate at a young age. With his family being heavily involved in the market, Jake shows that he understands the current and future trends of the market he specializes in. Focused more on buyer and tenant representation side, Jake has proven to establish and maintain healthy relationships while being extremely effective at locating the most ideal property for his clients. Jake has received his degree from the University of Arizona in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration, which has equipped him with the tools to help his clients strive to find the best deal possible. He takes pride in making his clients feel comfortable, and plans on building relationships with them for years to come.
When Jake is not on the office, he’s either on the slopes skiing, following sports, or working out.
