Jim specializes in industrial sites, vacant land, and investment properties and has extensive knowledge of available properties in surrounding areas. Jim has completed numerous large transactions during his real estate career. Recent success stories include the lease of about 40,000 SqFt to Progressive Waste, over 33,000 SqFt at two locations to ERS Rental Solutions, and the sale of 7.94 acres on the Harvey Canal to APC Construction. Jim is currently marketing several large industrial properties in South Louisiana including a ±35,170 SqFt crane-served building in Harvey, a 48,040 SqFt crane-served waterfront facility in Belle Chasse, and a 177,755 SqFt multi-tenant office warehouse in Gretna.
