Prior to making the transition to brokerage in 2004, James was a commercial appraiser at a top firm in Seattle. He has valued hundreds of property types, including retail, industrial, multi-family, office, residential, hospitality, and raw land. He has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial properties, with local, regional, and national clients. He offers his clients the strategy, analysis, vision, and perspective necessary to negotiate the most complex sales and lease transactions. James enjoys working with seasoned veterans or first time buyers.
James is an experienced broker using his broad experience to facilitate challenging 1031 exchanges and acquisition/dispositions of all property types. Along with traditional lines of Income Properties, James enjoys alternative classes of income properties like forestland, or vacation rentals.
