James Bikoff is an Executive Director at The Ardent Companies. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, entitlements, underwriting, and asset management for the residential real estate team. Prior to joining Ardent in November 2018, James was a Land Acquisitioner with D.R. Horton, where he managed a pipeline of 3,000 residential lots in the metro Atlanta market. Prior to Horton, James was a Development Associate for Enfold Properties where he focused on developing boutique multi-family communities in Atlanta’s urban core. Prior to Enfold, James was an Associate at JLL where he specialized in land sales, redevelopment strategies, and site selection for a variety of clients. James received a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
