Jim Center has 38 years of real estate experience, and has been with the firm since 1972. His total number of transactions exceeds 800 with a value in excess of $1.5 billion. He has personally been involved with the exclusive marketing of more than 10 million square feet of industrial/office space and more than 900 acres of land and has provided tenant/buyer representation services for in excess of 5 million square feet. Mr. Center has been the top-producing salesperson for the firm’s San Gabriel Valley office 10 times since 1985. Between 2006 and 2010, he was involved in 45 separate sale and lease transactions, totaling 5 million square feet of industrial and office space and 30 acres of land, representing $150 million in total transaction value.
