James Delgado: MREM, CFM is the Managing Principal for FWS. He holds a Master Degree in Real Estate Management and has over twenty three years of real estate & facility management experience. The driving force behind creating FWS was to share his many discoveries that exist in most every workplace he's encountered. The end result is a 12 to 18 percent improvement in efficiency between services and cost expended. He's an past Executive Board Member of the St. Louis Chapter of IFMA and Member of the Inter.
