James deRegt is a Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates - Newport Beach Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of Companies. A real estate veteran who started his career in 1990, has successfully negotiated the acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial real estate valued over 500 million dollars. deRegt specializes in industrial brokerage and development in Orange, San Bernadino and Riverside Counties. In 2001, deRegt joined Lee and started with his brother, Tom deRegt of deRegt Development, Inc. started developing infill industrial sites including over 700,000 s.f. in the last three years. Recent transactions include redevelopment of the Medtronic Anaheim site into a 281,000 s.f. corporate headquarters building for Galleria, Inc; a 100,000 s.f development for Fabtech Motorsports for their corporate headquarters in Chino. Currently, Jim and Tom are developing over 19 acres in Anaheim with approximately 280,000 s.f. of spec buildings with sizes between 3,000 - 42,000 s.f.
