While he is well versed in all Real Estate transactions, Jim takes special interest in working with both buyers and sellers on Saginaw Bay waterfront, Northern vacation, recreational and hunting properties. Jim has a deep understanding of good land stewardship and has a great deal of experience in Wildlife Enhancement, food plots, shelter belts, tree planting, and timber stand improvements. Jim joined on as Partner in Ayre/Rhinehart Bay in March of 2016.
Jim is a lifelong resident of Bay County and currently resides in Linwood with his wife, Rae Ann and their son, Dominic. Jim began his Real Estate career in 2004. He went on to obtain his ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and is now an Associate Broker. Jim has had many impressive achievements during his career. He was the Bay County Board of Realtors Treasurer in 2012, The Bay County Board of Realtors President in 2014 and also received the Realtor of the Year award in 2014.
Prior to his career in Real Estate Jim studied Professional Golf Management at Ferris State University. He then entered into the boating industry where he spent 20 years in Sales Management. Jim’s solid background in sales and service provide him with the experience required to ensure his clients receive the top notch service they appreciate and deserve.
Jim’s hobbies include: Spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and golfing.
