James Giattino joined Pat Murphy at Cushman & Wakefield in July of 2017. Prior to joining this Midtown Manhattan based team, Mr. Giattino completed his undergraduate studies at Hamilton College with a major in Public Policy and minor in Economics.
In his role, Mr. Giattino focuses on both landlord and tenant representation. James’s passion and awareness of his client’s specific needs, academic strength in analytics and the arts, along with deep market knowledge of Manhattan, ensures that he is able to deliver the absolute highest level of service to his clients.
