James started at Savills on the insight programme in retail property management in 2016. He then secured a year long sandwich placement in London business space property management 2017-18, mainly working with Stephen Saunders on the Deka Portfolio.
Following a return to Nottingham Trent university for final year he achieved a 1st class degree in real estate and was further awarded the Starbucks coffee Company Prize for dedication to studies.
James has started on the London rotational graduate Scheme starting in cross border European valuation for 4 months working towards his APC.
James is also a part time professional DJ and classic car restorer.
