Based out of Bristol and Exeter, James deals with a range of hotel and leisure agency and professional matters across the south west. James’ role includes hotel transactions (sales and acquisitions), cottage complex agency (sales and acquisitions) and professional work including hotel valuations.
After completing a History degree at the University of York, James undertook a distance learning course with the University College of Estate management to gain a post graduate diploma in surveying before qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2016.
