Jim prioritizes creating the highest level of client experience through education and constant communication throughout the process. Jim's highest level of motivation comes from the satisfaction of making a positive difference in someone’s life and assisting people with achieving their dreams or goals through real estate. Jim is a native Phoenician who grew up in the Northwest Phoenix area. Aside from his five teenage children, a majority of his extended family also resides in the Phoenix & Houston areas. During his downtime, Jim enjoys staying fit through different forms of physical activities including gym time, running, hiking, and playing pickleball with friends. Before real estate, Jim spent 14 years in commercial and personal banking with an emphasis on credit, finance, and client relationship management.
