Jim Lott has worked in development, operations and acquisitions for over nine years at Waypoint Residential, a leading real estate investment manager specializing in multifamily properties. His current concentration is on ground up construction and development of multifamily communities.
Jim possesses over 15 years of experience in real estate with expertise in multifamily development, operations, acquisitions and construction finance. Jim has a track record of building long-term relationships, executing on dozens of transactions and using an entrepreneurial approach to his business endeavors.
Prior to joining Waypoint in 2012, Jim was a Vice President at SunTrust Bank where he worked in Real Estate Construction Finance. His focus was primarily on multifamily, industrial and retail construction loans to developers throughout the Southeastern United States.
Jim is also a Managing Partner in JJ&P Properties, LLC of Atlanta, GA as well as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
