Jim Martin is a Bay Area Top-Producing Realtor since 1976 and together the team focuses on a well rounded clientele from Land, Commercial, Ranches, Horse Properties, Residential, which is not the norm for most! His connection to the agricultural community from the farming community, real estate developers, new home builders and classic car restoration appreciation has created a lot of different opportunities. His unique background in apparel production and design while growing up in a Real Estate family, helped his career with a wonderful, upscale new home builder merging his ingrained real estate genes, product development & design.
